Lord Krishna is a cosmic power but his role on a real world platform is a benchmark for leaders, psychologists, teachers, consultants, artists, innovators, musicians, desiners, and lovers. I am trying to portray universal power of Lord Krishna through my little words. His eternal words (from Bhagvat Gita) nurture our minds, blossom our hearts and purify our spirits so that every one can feel eternal love as well as bliss. His every action creates new form of art. His every posture directs a unique form of dance. Sweet sounds of his flute develop a nice musical harmony. His graceful appearance spread divine energies and opulence in the universe so that waves of happiness and true love can stabilize everywhere.
Lord Krishna tells that Knowledge is supreme. So it is a right of everyone to acquire knowledge and a
duty also for spreading this invaluable knowledge everywhere for wellness of all living entities. In the information age (knowledgeable age), various types of knowledge are flowing seamlessly everywhere for every one so that every body can balance his materialistic and spiritual life for attaining perfect happiness.
I am initiating this article with chanting of eternal Powerful mantra - GAYATRI MANTRA.
“ O supreme Lord! Thou art ever existence, ever conscious, ever blissful. We mediate on thy most adorable glory, may thou guide and inspire our intellectual, on the path of highest divinity!
MAY WE BE ABLE TO DESCRIMINATE? BETWEEN TRUTH AND FALSEHOOD”.

Here space is very limited. So I have taken only few divine songs from Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada’s Bhagvat Gita-as it is. The philosophy of Bhagvat Gita is more meaningful at present time where every mind needs more efficiency, effectiveness and tranquility. Everyone should navigate in the ocean of wisdom, which has been spread in the form of Bhagvat Gita by Lord Krishna.

A VISIONARY PSYCHOLOGIST: Present psychology deals in-depth inquiry of human mental problems and provide better solution for calmness so that we can enjoy the life in a happy way but Bhagvat Gita’s psychological wisdom solve highly complex human problems in a very effective manner. This knowledge not only provides happiness but also stabilize bliss in the mind, heart and soul. Psychological actions are remedial but Bhagvat Gita’s actions are preventive.
In words of Lord Krishna:
“ Now the Atma (Soul) as the lord and the master of the chariot, which is the body. The intellectual you should know as the charioteer. The mind should be known as (merely) the rein. The one whose mind is not harnessed properly, who’s is devoid of proper knowledge and wisdom, his sense organs go beyond the control of the intellect as vicious horse go beyond the control of charioteer”.
“The uncontrolled mind does not guess that the Atman (soul) is present:
How can it mediate?
Without meditation, where is peace
Without peace, where is happiness?”
“ For one who has conquered the mind, the super soul is already reached, for he has attained tranquility to such a man: success & failure, happiness and distress, honour and dishonour are all the same”.
A VISIONARY LEADER: Leadership is communicating people their worth and potential so clearly that they come to see it in themselves. Working style of Lord Krishna is a perfect example for leaders. First, he understands clearly nature of mind of human in which his mind is programmed like mode of goodness, mode of passion and mode of ignorance. Before execution of any strategy, he demonstrates a unique path Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja yoga and Jnana Yoga of different nature of people so that they can become ready their own karma (prescribed duty).
Basically Lord Krishna amplifies follower’s strengths and capabilities so that he can recognize his pure potential and self-power and transform him toward true sense of leadership. Qualities of leaderships are Self-realization, Self-control, Steadfastness, Detachment, Humility, Simplicity, Purity, Honesty, Spiritual, and Absence of false ego, Power, Determination, Resourcefulness, and Courage that described in Bhagvat Gita,
Strengthen inner self for taking more risk and accomplish any dream in the life.
In words of lord Krishna:
“ Those who are beyond the dualities that arise from doubts, whose minds are engaged
With in, who are always busy working for the welfare of all living being and who are free from all sins achieve liberation in the supreme “.
“ Being purified by his intelligence and controlling the mind with determination, giving up the objects of senses gratification, being freed from attachment and hatred, who eats little, who controls his body, mind and power of speech, who is always in trance and who is detached, free from false ego, false strength, false pride, lust, anger and acceptance of material things, free from false proprietorship and peaceful - such a person is certainly elevated to the position of self realization.”
“ Those who are self realized, self disciplined and constant endeavoring for perfection are assume of liberation in the supreme in very near future”
A VISIONARY YOGI: Lord Krishna has described different yoga system for different types of people according to their way of living, nature and their conditional mind. All type of yoga - bhakti yoga (Devotion oriented), karma yoga (action oriented), Raja yoga (Patanjali Yoga system- scientific method of meditation) and janan Yoga (wisdom oriented) reach every body on path of self-realization.
In words of Lord Krishna:
“In the stage of perfection, one’s mind is completely restrained from material mental activities by practice of yoga. This perfection is characterized by one’s ability to see the self by the pure mind and to relish and rejoice in the self. In that joyous state, one is situated in boundless transcendental happiness, realized through transcendental senses. Establishing thus, one never departs from the truth and upon gaining this he thinks there is no greater gain. Being situated in such position, one is never shaken, even in the midst of greater difficulty. This indeed is actual freedom form all miseries arising from material contact”.
“ He is perfect yogi who, compare to his ownself, see the true equality of all being, in both their happiness and their distress”.
“ A Yogi is greater than the ascetic, greater than the empiricist and greater than the fruitive worker
therefore, in all circumstances, be a yogi”.
A VISIONARY SATA-GURU: Lord Krishna understand clearly intellectual level his student and bring him from primary level to higher level of university. With effect of true knowledge, his total mental speculation is disappeared and he achieves perfect condition of tranquility.
Believe in action: Lord Krishna Describe:
“You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruit of action. Never consider yourself the cause of the result of your activities and never be attached to not doing your duty”.
“ Performed your duty equipoise, abandoning all attachment to success or failure. Such equanimity is called Yoga “
Finally I am concluding this article with Lord Buddha’ wisdom in which he always concentrate on
expansion of individual uniqueness and experience. Knowledge plus experience form wisdom, which is really applicable in real world for attaining perfect happiness.
In words of Lord Buddha:
“ Believe nothing! Merely because you have been told it or because it is traditional or because you yourself have imagined it. Do not what your teacher, family, friends tell you merely out of respect of them. But whatever after due consideration and analysis you find to be conductive to the good, the benefits, the welfare of all being, that doctrine, believe and cling to and take it as your guide”.
